New HRSA grant funds BSN prep program for Latino associate nurses
The University of Alabama Capstone College of Nursing, in collaboration with NAHN, has received a grant from the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) for the Bama-Latino (BAMA-L) Project, which will target and recruit Latino associate (ADN) nurses and prepare them for a baccalaureate (BSN) degree via an online RN-BSN mobility program.
